Prices

All goods are sold at the prices current at the date of invoice. The prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of VAT. Because of such changes an A&A price list is not available but an immediate quotation can be arranged via our Sales Department.

Delivery

Goods from stock are delivered Next Day from receipt of order. Couriers can be arranged for urgent deliveries but at a charge. Please contact our Sales Department for further details. We reserve the right to make part deliveries subject to availability. Such Goods will be invoiced at the date of despatch, although the balance of the order may still be outstanding.

Carriage

Delivery is free by our own transport within the M25 area. Delivery outside this area may incur additional charges. Please ask for further details.

Return of Goods

Goods may be returned for credit only when an RMA (‘Return Material Authorisation’) Request Form has been completed and approved by A&A. If approved, a returns note will be issued and returned goods may be (at our discretion) subject to a restocking charge. Any manufacturing, restocking charges and delivery costs will be passed onto the customer when incurred. Special order goods are non-returnable.

Illustrations

The photographs and illustrations in this catalogue fairly represent the articles listed, but owing to frequent alterations in design, the illustrations and specifications cannot at all times be taken as exact detail. Technical information printed in this catalogue is given as a guide only.

Conditions

If customers’ official order forms contain special printed conditions, such conditions are only binding in so far as they are not in variance with the terms of this Company.

Payment

Payment is due no later than the last day of the month following delivery of the goods for the customers with credit account facilities. Non payment of goods will be passed on to our Commercial Debt Collection Specialists to pursue payment. This type of procedure will incure a collection fee and interest as charged.

Notes

All goods returned and accepted by us as defective or incorrect shall be replaced if required, but shall not form the subject for claim for labour or other expenditure.

Title to Goods

Title of goods shall not pass to a customer until full payment has been made and in case of non payment the supplier shall be entitled to repossess the goods or proceeds of sale.
